We are highly commercial and experienced business professionals with additional culture and coaching certifications. Ryan Flanagan, our Managing Director, has held leadership roles at major companies like Marriott International, Mirvac, IBM, Zomato, and CloudKitchens. With two decades of experience leading businesses, Ryan also lectures at the University of Melbourne and is a keynote speaker on the cultural challenges of integrating Generation Z into the workplace.
